RStudio broke on me today. I run NixOS, and there was a plasma update, after which I could not launch RStudio, so I spent a day working in VSCode. By the end of the day, I couldn't stand it, and I rolled back my system to last week's version, and my rstudio works again. It is such a pleasure! The experience in RStudio is so superior, and I just wanted to express my appreciation for the work that the Posit team has done.

I've been coding for around 55 years, and until I got RStudio, my IDE was gvim. I had tried several, but they always fell short. It does help that RStudio supports vim!
