Annotating static rmd html output

Hi everyone,

In my lab, we create study summaries by producing an html output from an rmd file. The trouble is that it is difficult to add comments when reading those summaries. For example, when I go over my students' output, I want to be able to add comments with questions or requests for new analyses.

To overcome that problem, I created an html static page that accepts an existing html page and allows you to add comments and save the html file with the comments.
