Event Details: More details at url

AI in Production 2026 is a two day conference organised by Jumping Rivers, focused on how teams build, deploy, and maintain AI and machine learning systems in practice. Hosted in the centre of Newcastle upon Tyne, the event brings together engineers, data scientists, researchers, and technical leaders working with tools such as R and Python to share lessons from running AI systems beyond initial deployment.

The conference takes place over two days. Day one is dedicated to hands on workshops, including sessions on LLM driven workflows and building AI powered applications. Day two features conference talks across two streams: an Engineering Stream focused on production systems and infrastructure, and a Machine Learning Stream focused on modelling, evaluation, and applied ML.

Call for Papers: The Call for Papers is currently open. We welcome submissions from practitioners using R, Python, and related tooling to build and run AI systems in production. The deadline for submissions is 23 January 2026.

Speakers include industry practitioners and technical leaders from across the AI and data science community, including contributors and users of open source tools. Additional speakers will be announced following the Call for Papers.

Workshop materials, slides, and selected recordings will be shared with attendees after the event.

Event address: The Catalyst, 3 Science Square, Newcastle Helix, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 5TG, United Kingdom

Thanks so much for sharing, @gigijr!
