Account usage didn't change with user activity

Hello,

I find my account usage of all apps didn't change after Aug 9.

While one of my app is actively used on Aug 12.
And the usage history for each app works well.

(limited to one image for new user, thus use download links instead)

That's an issue for me to check total application hours.

Is there anything I can do?
Any advice would be appreciated.

If you are on a paid plan, I would suggest opening a support ticket where you can share your account id and we can track investigating what might be going on and additional attachments can be uploaded.
