Access denied on my Mac

I am new to RStudio , I denied access to documents on Mac and every time I try to access it , an error flashes on the screen. how can I allow rstudio access to documents

System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy > Files and Folders > check the box for Documents Folder for RStudio
