p3m is an instance of Posit Package Manager for community use. p3m provides mirrors of CRAN, Bioconductor, and PyPI with:
- Precompiled binary R packages for faster installations on Linux, Windows, and macOS.
- Repository checkpoints for reproducibility across time
- System dependency information for R packages
