A way to turn off update notifications?

Hello, is there a way to turn off auto update notifications in the RStudio app? I tried looking around in settings and didn't see anything. Many other 3rd part apps have an option or MDM command to turn that off. We do a testing and validation of new versions before users get to install it but having the update notifications are causing some issues and confusion.
