A try at Redex. Fatal error: creating temporary file for '-e' failed

I am working on creating a CV for my resume. I looked at past threads, and because a good reprex wasn't posted in the same thread, it was taken down.

I cannot knit the file. I uploaded the library(vitae.) And I am using the template vitae::twentyseconds.

I basically copied and pasted the template from vitae::twenty-seconds but changed my name.

In the subject line is my error message in the console. The version of RStudio I use is: 2023.09.0+463 (2023.09.0+463.)

I'm on a macbook pro using version 11.7.7

What is your document exactly ?

What version of rmarkdown and LaTeX are you using ?

The error is "creating temporary file for '-e' failed."

The document I am trying to create is a resume for myself. I am trying to do this from a template vitae:twenty-seconds. I only changed the text from the example, nothing significant to warrant

I'm using version Version 2023.09.0+463 (2023.09.0+463) of rmarkdown.
