Hi all! I made a small, opinionated agent skill for turning research papers into Quarto and RevealJS presentations. It gives Codex, Claude Code, and similar agents editorial guidance on slide selection, visual rhythm, figures, equations, rendering, and the important art of deleting things before shrinking the font into oblivion.
I wrote a short post about it and put the skill and template on GitHub. I’d be very curious to see what happens when other people give it their own papers.
