Upon initially installing R and R Studio, and trying to open R studio, an application error occurs (same as at below link). 'A breakpoint has been reached.' R opens, but R studio does not. What are some ways that I could fix this problem?

Breakpoint Exception Error

I had installed RStudio years ago on Windows Server 2012. It worked fine for a long time but recently I began to receive an error and can no longer open RStudio. When I try to open RStudio I get an error that says: 'The exception Breakpoint A breakpoint has been reached. (0x80000003) occurred in the application at location 0x91680133. Click on OK to terminate the program...' I have tried many times to uninstall RStudio and reinstall but same results. Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this issue? Thank you in advance!
