3dscatter Problems

[Confused]

I am trying to create a 3dscatter with colours for the combination of two variables. aka Not just for 'age' or 'diet' but separate colours for 'PROTEINOLD' and "PROTEINYOUNG"
They should be 6 overall..

I have had a multitude of errors..why?
