Rstudio disconnecting and crashing

My Rstudio crashes when I'm loading packages like C50,Caret, Rweka. Able to load only tidyverse . When I download, it gets downloaded .

Error showing as
Error in loadNamespace(j <- i[[1L]], c(lib.loc, .libPaths()), versionCheck = vI[[j]]) :
namespace ‘xfun’ 0.41 is being loaded, but >= 0.44 is required

Any inputs or advice is highly appreciated

Can you update the xfun package to the current version? On my system it's at version 0.45.
