I work in healthcare, managing operational and quality systems for a private pathology laboratory. I am often asked to provide various statistical and data analytic reports to key stakeholders in the organisation. I primarily use Crystal Reports to extract data from our Laboratory Information System, and when required, export to Excel to further analyse using R Studio and now with KNIME.
