Working Positron with Python and R now fails

I had a working Positron set-up with both R and Python
No getting the error below:

Python 3.13.7 (System) failed to start up (exit code 130)

Timed out waiting to connect to session's ZeroMQ sockets after 120 seconds

Please could someone give me some troubleshooting steps?
Have used RStudio for long time but relatively new to Positron

Could you grab the Python kernel logs? Here's how to get them:

The last kernel.log (and previous versions) were empty
I used the "factory reset" option (Delete Positron state) in your guide and updated Positron and all working now.
I'm sorry that gives no help to anyone else
