Very New User - Trying to open RStudio not RGui

Good day! I had to restart my laptop for updates and now I can't seem to get back into RStudio. I reloaded per

• R StudioLinks to an external site.
• R ProjectLinks to an external site.
  Currently this is my view (below) and I haven't been able to figure out what I'm doing wrong. I've watched and searched DataCamp but most tutorials start with the RStudio already open. Current View is of RGui and not RStudio...

Normally one starts RStudio by using an entry in the system application menu (Windows, Linux, presumably Mac) or possibly by running the appropriate command from a command prompt/terminal. You did not specify your operating system.
