Unsupported R version 4.6.1 for operating system jammy

Hi,

I finally managed to deploy my app with R 4.6.1 after upgrading to the GitHub version of terra (1.9.41: terra/NEWS.md at master · rspatial/terra · GitHub).

The current CRAN version of terra is not compatible with GDAL 3.4, which is the version installed on shinyApps.io.
