Stuck at "Retrieving code"

I have Quarto documents and Shiny apps on Posit Connect Cloud. All have worked up until now. I cannot access any of them and when I try to republish I get "Failed to publish content" and the logs just say "Waiting for logs".

(I'm on Basic plan and no outstanding invoices. )

Any idea what might be causing this?
