I've downloaded the correct version of rstudio for my mac monterey version 12.7.6 and whenever i try to open the app, the splash screen stays and i can't open a script. i worked on rstudio before and i had the same problem from time to time, but since i updated the version, i can no longer do anything. if by some miracle i manage to open a script, any code i run (even as simple as library(dplyr)) the r session immediately crashes/aborts and i have to restart the session- and the cycle continues...
please help !!!
