After two years using R-RStudio with no problem I have found that entering RStudio appears the full screen but nothing like panels, just on the top left some two or thee files that one can't read because the screen of my PC appears two litle to contain the screen of RStdio, after many days of traying to fix the issue I was obliged to abandon it and go to Positron, I think it will be better, but
new for me. I have deinstalled and installed many many times R and RStudio withoyut a positive result.
Try resetting RStudio Desktop's State. It does not clear in a re-install.
