After updating to RStudio 2026.01.0+392 on my MacOS M4 running Tahoe 26.2, I don't see any quarto file options when creating a new file from either the IDE dropdown or the new file menu option. I also don't see any quarto options in the R Markdown Global Options like I used to. The issue looks remarkably similar to this old issue on github.
My existing QMD files can be viewed in the Visual Editor, but my revealjs presentations render as a single HTML page.
Has anyone else had this issue? Is there a fix? Strangely, there is no issue on Github, and since I'm never at the forward edge of these things, that suggests it isn't an issue for most folks. Any ideas?
