Persistent 403 on WebSocket handshake (_stcore/stream) — REST endpoints healthy

Hi,

My app deploys successfully ("Successfully published") and REST endpoints respond normally — _stcore/health and _stcore/host-config both consistently return 200 OK. However, every attempt to open the _stcore/stream WebSocket fails with:

WebSocket connection to 'wss://019ef878-7186-d0c8-2787-f618d82edb86.share.connect.posit.cloud/_stcore/stream' failed: Error during WebSocket handshake: Unexpected response code: 403

This happens on every retry, tried in both Chrome and Edge. No error appears in the app's own deployment logs.

Could you confirm whether this is related to a usage/active-hours limit on the free plan, or something else on the account? I don't see a usage meter anywhere in the dashboard to check this myself.
