Libraries where I can get decode open token

Hi all,

I have my shiny applications deployed on shiny server pro

We do have a authentication system in place. The user is authenticating using ping ID open token.
So wanted to check if there are there any libraries where I can get decode this token?

Our main goal is to see who have logged in to the shiny applications
