LaTeX failed to compile movie lens

I think I have already told you what is wrong. One of the LaTeX command you use is not found during LaTeX compilation. It does not exists among the loaded package. This is this line:

So we have predicted movie rating based on the fact that movies are rated differently by adding the computed $b_{i}$ to $\mr$.
            
            
We can see an improvement but this model does not consider the individual user rating effect.
            
            

            
### III. Regularized effect model
            
            
The use of the regularization permits to penalize the aspects of movies with very few ratings and in some users that only rated a very small number of movies. We should find the value of lambda (that is a tuning parameter) that will minimize the RMSE.

What is \mr ? From which CTAN package it comes from ? Are you trying to use a LaTeX command here ? Or do you want to do something else ?
