R version 4.1.2 currently unavailable

Shinyapp.io doesn't support R 4.1.2 yet, you have to deploy from R 4.1.0

Hi @GETIAN ! We're working on getting support for R 4.1.1 and R 4.1.2 released to shinyapps.io, apologies for the delay. While we don't have an ETA at the moment, it should be within the next week or so. In the meantime, R versions 4.1.0 and earlier should be available to use
