Error after updating RStudio to 2025.09.1

Fairly new to the RStudio community.

We're currently running RStudio 2025.05.1 with R 4.4.1 on Windows 11 (Azure Virtual Desktop), which is running fine. When I tried to update to the newest version (2025.09.0 or 2025.09.1) I receive the following error when I try to start the application:

The folder that is mentioned exists and I have checked permissions. Also running it as administrator doesn't change anything.

Any help would be appriciated!

Issue was resolved.
There was an issue with the version of FSLogix running which locked certain files and folders. After updating FSlogix to the latest version, the error happened once for existing users and went away afterwards. For new users there was no issue.
