I'm looking into option to change the Connect Cloud personal account name. I have a look through the doc and it only lists the option for only organisation account. Or, do I need to submit a support tick to change the account name?

The name you can change for an organization account is the display name. It will not change the name used in the account's URLs. You can change your display name for an individual account by opening the user menu in the upper right and clicking My Settings. There, you can also change your user's display name which is used for your individual account.
If you do wish to change your account name (not display name) so the URL for your content and account portfolio is changed you will have to submit a support ticket.
