I have been trying to sign up to shinyapps since yesterday but the page seems to be having issues to load (I tried in different browsers as well), is this platform to deploy shiny apps still working?

It's working fine for me, but I was having issues a couple of months ago. Can you describe the error you're getting in more detail? I managed to login by using a VPN, so you might want to try that?
